Kirti Barry is the implementation lead for Gallup’s Customer Centricity practice and helps organizations solve their most complex revenue growth business challenges. She partners with organizations to design comprehensive solutions using predictive analytics and best practice management strategies. With over seven years of experience in driving strategic customer-centric transformations and leading change management processes, Kirti brings innovative data-driven solutions to client engagements, along with extensive organizational effectiveness expertise. Kirti has successfully managed client relationships and led global projects through her project management, problem-solving, and relationship building skills. Kirti has been highly successful in leading cross-functional teams, understanding the business priorities, and translating them into effective solutions. Kirti received her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology and Business from The Ohio State University. She holds a dual master’s degree in Labor-Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Fisher College of Business, Columbus Ohio.
